When your child begins Cubs it will take about a month for them to complete their Cub Membership Award and give them a chance to settle in. Their investiture will take place at the end of that time.

Uniform will be required for the investiture at which time they will be presented with the Group Badges.

Cubs meet regularly at the HQ on Thursday evenings from 6.15pm till 7.45pm.

The programme and events for the term are available Parent Portal (OSM) – please contact one of the leaders for access. These can also be download to your smart phone using the links within OSM.

Subs are £35 for the term. Please pay by Bank Transfer (Sort Code: 30-80-33, Account No: 22624268) or make cheques payable to ‘3rd Epsom Scout Group’.

If you pay tax we would also appreciate it if you complete the gift aid form a return it to a leader.

 

In order to keep our records up to date, as these can change over time, we ask that Parents maintain the details for their child on OSM. A paper copy is also available at Essential Information Form (please return this to the child’s leader).

 

The group are sponsored by St Martin’s Church in Epsom. Twice a year we expect EVERY member to attend St George’s Day Parade on the afternoon of the Sunday closest to 23rd April and Remembrance Parade on the morning of the Sunday closest to 11th November. Please come in full uniform.
