Forge bookings
If you are interested in booking the Forge please read the information below before contacting the bookings secretary. Photographs of the Forge are available and other details are below. Note we offer reduced rates for regular hirers. Please see the calendar below for details of current bookings. The forge is located behind St John Chandler Hall, Church Road, Epsom, Surrey KT17 4AB.
It is possible to book the Epsom (St Martins) Scouts and Guides Forge meeting room for small groups, exercise classes and meetings. Please click here.
Facilities include:
- Large room. 5 metres by 8.3 metres, height to ceiling 2.2 metres.
- The room has 20 chairs and 6 collapsible tables.
- Small Kitchen. Fitted out with Electric Oven and Hob. Sink with Drainer and Hot Water on tap. Small Fridge.
- Shared Male/Female toilet.
Parking at front of the building (car park shared with the HQ).
Occasional Hire Charges
The forge is available for small groups, exercise classes, meetings and other similar activities. If you are known to the Scout or Guide Group, please state this when you contact the booking secretary. Please note we do not accept any bookings after 11pm or parties for adults or children above 11 years of age or any disco parties. For other events please contact the booking secretary.
Hire Charges from 1st September 2017 are £30 for up to 3 hours plus £10.00 for each hour afterwards. Discounts maybe available for regular bookings.
