Hall bookings
If you are interested in booking the Scout and Guide HQ please read the information below before contacting contact the bookings secretary. Photographs of the hall are available and other details are below. Note we offer reduced rates for regular hirers. Please see the calendar below for details of current bookings. It is possible to book the Epsom (St Martins) Scouts and Guides Hall for parties, functions and meetings. We also have a smaller meeting room (The Forge) which is self contained and also available for hire. For more information click here.
Please see the calendar below for details of current bookings. The hall is located behind St John Chandler Hall, Church Road, Epsom, Surrey KT17 4AB.
Facilities include:
- Large Hall. 17.5 metres by 9.6 metres (57.5ft x 31.5ft), height to ceiling 3.05 metres (10ft).
- The hall has plenty of chairs and tables.
- Small Kitchen. Fitted out with Gas Oven and Hob. Sink with Drainer and Hot Water on tap. Lots of work space. Small Fridge.
- Separate Male and Female toilets.
- The maximum capacity (due to fire regulations) is 74 people.
Parking at front and rear of the building.
Occasional Hire Charges
The hall is only available for children’s parties, soft play and similar activities. If you are known to the Scout or Guide Group, please state this when you contact the booking secretary. Please note we do not accept any bookings after 11pm or parties for adults or children above 11 years of age or any disco parties. For other events please contact the booking secretary.
Hire Charges from 14th October 2024 are £85 for up to 3 hours plus £25.00 for each hour afterwards. Discounts maybe available for regular bookings.
