Hall bookings

If you are interested in booking the 3rd Epsom Scout Hall please read the information below before contacting contact the bookings secretary. Photographs of the hall are available and other details are below. Note we offer reduced rates for regular hirers.  Please see the calendar below for details of current bookings.

Location

  • Behind St John Chandler Hall, Church Road, Epsom, Surrey, KT17 4AB

Facilities

  • Large Hall: 17.5m × 9.6m (57.5ft × 31.5ft), ceiling height 3.05m (10ft)
  • Seating: 50 chairs + tables
  • Kitchen: Gas oven & hob, sink with drainer, hot water, workspace, small fridge
  • Parking: Available at front and rear
  • Toilets: Separate male & female facilities

Capacity & Restrictions

  • Max capacity: 75 people (fire regulations)
  • Children’s parties (up to age 11), soft play & similar only
  • No bookings after 11pm
  • No adult parties, discos, or events for children older than 11
  • Not available for public gatherings
  • Accessibility: No wheelchair access or accessible toilets
  • The booking secretary may decline or cancel bookings (with full refund if cancelled by them)

  • No smoking or the use e-cigarettes/vapes is allowed
    anywhere on the site (inside or outside) including the car parks.

Occasional Hire Charges 

Hire Charges from 14th October 2024 are £85 for up to 3 hours plus £25.00 for each hour afterwards. Discounts maybe available for regular bookings.

If you are known to the Scout or Guide Group, please state this when you contact the booking secretary. For other events please contact the booking secretary.

To request a booking you will need to download a Booking Form and send to Booking Secretary at bookings@3rdepsom.org.uk

We do not take bookings or enquiries by telephone. We are all volunteers with full time jobs.
